Owners Derek Tyree and Mario Johnson bring over 20 years of rich restaurant management and culinary expertise to the table – quite literally! Our journey began in 2017 when we followed our shared dream to own a business that creates an amazing experience for every person who walks through our doors.

Our first labor of love was a wood-fired pizzeria nestled in the heart of Lake County. It wasn’t just any pizzeria; it was a gem recognized among Cleveland’s Top 100 Restaurants. And we’re proud to say, we kept that title shining brightly for the next three years and became a favorite during Cleveland Pizza Week. It was more than a restaurant; it was a community favorite where families created memories over the shared love for the perfect slice.

Though we faced the brunt of the pandemic and lost our first location to unforeseen circumstances, our spirit, much like our wood-fired ovens, never cooled. We learned that sometimes, it’s the tough times that stoke the fires of innovation and resilience. We’ve shown that our dedication to delicious, comforting food knows no bounds.
